Forge Monsters is a monster-collecting game. This policy explains what information the game collects, why, and your choices.
Gameplay account (anonymous). When you first open the game, it creates an anonymous account with a random ID — no name, email address, or password is asked for or collected. Tied to that ID we store your game progress: your in-game display name (auto-generated, e.g. "EmberSmith 1315"), the monsters you forge, your realm choice, and your scores in the Realm War.
Leaderboards. Your display name, your realm, and your strongest monster's score appear on in-game leaderboards visible to other players. This is gameplay data only — it is never linked to your real identity by us.
Advertising. The game shows ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's advertising ID and related data to serve and measure ads, as described in Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.
Purchases. Optional in-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details; Google handles the transaction and provides us a record of what was purchased.
What we do NOT collect: your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or any account password.
Gameplay data is used to run the game: saving your progress, running the Realm War, computing leaderboard standings and rewards, and preventing abuse. We do not sell your information. We do not use gameplay data for advertising.
We use Google Firebase (database and anonymous authentication) and Google AdMob (advertising). These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.
Your anonymous gameplay data is kept while your account exists. Because accounts are anonymous, we cannot look one up by name or email — but if you contact us at [email protected] with your in-game display name, we will delete the associated gameplay data within 30 days.
Forge Monsters is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (the game collects no personal information from any player — see above).
If this policy changes, we will post the updated version at this URL and update the effective date.
