Forge Monsters game support

Hit a bug, lost progress, or something in the Realm War looks wrong? Email us and include:

Your in-game display name (shown on your Player Card — game accounts are anonymous, so this is how we find you)
Your device model and whether you're on Android or iPhone
What happened, and what you expected instead — a screenshot helps enormously

One protection worth knowing: linking your account in the game's Settings (Account → Link) saves your progress to the cloud, so a lost or new phone doesn't mean a lost collection.

Joining the closed test

Forge Monsters is in closed testing on Google Play, and invitations go out in waves. Watch @forgemonsters on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok — each testing wave is announced there first. iPhone testing through TestFlight will be announced the same way. There is no paid early access and there never will be; testers join free, in waves, first come first served when a wave opens.

Privacy & data requests

How the game handles data is spelled out in our Privacy Policy. To request deletion of your gameplay data, email us with your in-game display name and we will delete the associated data within 30 days.
